These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the wjevo platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any services. By creating an account or accessing wjevo, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wjevo platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and wjevo.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • You must not have previously been excluded from wjevo or had your account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these terms.

wjevo reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited or returned at wjevo's discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Creation and Security

To access wjevo's full range of services, including deposits and gaming, you are required to create a registered account. When registering, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information.
  • Create only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension.
  • Set a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any other person.
  • Keep your account details updated to reflect any changes in your personal information.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify wjevo immediately via [email protected]. wjevo will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

wjevo may verify your identity before allowing withdrawals or other account activities. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using wjevo, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform outside of normal user behaviour.
  • Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
  • Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from wjevo without prior written permission.

Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions

All financial transactions on wjevo are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). wjevo does not process transactions in foreign currencies for Philippine-based accounts. By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and that the funds are from a lawful source.

Key terms governing payments include:

  • Deposits are final once processed. wjevo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit interface of your account.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to provider timelines.
  • wjevo reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of required verification procedures.
  • wjevo does not guarantee any winnings or returns on amounts deposited. All gaming outcomes are subject to chance.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

wjevo provides its platform on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wjevo shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of funds, data, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Losses arising from your own failure to maintain account security or from your violation of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits wjevo's liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or where limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wjevo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — is the intellectual property of wjevo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wjevo content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of wjevo's intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms

wjevo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if:

  • A user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity is detected or suspected.
  • A user fails to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Requested by a regulatory authority or as required by applicable Philippine law.

Users may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance may be returned subject to verification, less any applicable deductions in accordance with these terms.

wjevo may reference or link to third-party services in limited contexts. wjevo does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for third-party content or services. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

wjevo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users where practicable.
